technical account manager

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with UK transport operators. This will primarily involve taking ownership of and growing both new and existing client relationships.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll provide valued input to the continued growth and success of this exciting business, which is actively changing the transport industry to make passengers’ lives better.

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Project management and planning
  • Briefing new clients, collecting feedback and requirements
  • Managing client user acceptance testing
  • Attending regular face-to-face and telephone client meetings

  • Delivering training to clients

  • Completing administrative work, as required.
