The NX Bus mTicket app is the first and only retailer of mobile nBus tickets via an app. Launched in 2016 and powered by <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:10003\/justride-mobile-ticketing\/\">Masabi\u2019s Justride fare payments platform<\/a>, the app is available for download on Google Play and the App Store and recently won <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.masabi.com\/blog\/neorides-ezfare-and-national-express-scoop-two-transport-ticketing-global-awards-4-awards-for-masabi-in-2021\">the world&#8217;s best smart ticketing programme award (200k &#8211; 1m Daily Journeys) at the 2021 Transport Ticketing Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Previously nBus tickets were only available from bus operator travel shops or via Swift, the West Midlands region-wide smartcard system.
