{"id":12051,"date":"2008-10-06T12:47:00","date_gmt":"2008-10-06T12:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masabidev.wpengine.com\/news\/job-vacancy-server-programmer\/"},"modified":"2014-11-25T15:22:48","modified_gmt":"2014-11-25T15:22:48","slug":"job-vacancy-server-programmer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.masabi.com\/it\/news\/job-vacancy-server-programmer\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Vacancy: Server Programmer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"block-\">Masabi are looking for a London-based Server Programmer to come and work at our offices on the <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:10003\/company_find.html\">South Bank<\/a> \u2013 our ideal candidate will be flexible and multi-talented, main responsibilities would include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>    Building scalable reusable server proxies allowing J2ME and mobile web clients to talk to our partner&#8217;s back-end web services;<\/li>\n<li>Extending and maintaining our deployment and mobile web server, which identifies and optimises content based on the connected device.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technologies we use currently:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>JavaEE with Tomcat and Weblogic;<\/li>\n<li>Hibernate, Quartz, Castor, Rome;<\/li>\n<li>Integration into SOAP, REST, SMPP etc;<\/li>\n<li>MySQL and MS SQL Server;<\/li>\n<li>Hosting on Linux and Windows Servers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re a small company so there are huge opportunities to get involved, learn and advise across the board and an ideal candidate would be able to show they bring a lot more to the table \u2013 surprise us!
