This exciting Account-Based Ticketing experience was unveiled in a recent RTC press release and elevates the convenience of public transportation in Southern Nevada by simplifying user journeys. RTC&#8217;s full press release can be found below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>LAS VEGAS, NV<\/strong>\u00a0<b>\u2013 June 26, 2023 <\/b>\u2013\u00a0The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) announces the launch of Tap &amp; GO, a new feature in its popular rideRTC app that lets customers buy single-ride fares on all routes. The Tap &amp; GO feature is ideal for those who plan to take a single trip, riders with flexible travel plans, and for visitors using the 24-hour Deuce service on the Strip.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The Tap &amp; GO feature allows users to add funds to their mobile account via credit or cash. Those adding funds using cash can visit these convenient Cash to Mobile locations. After adding funds to their account, users scan their app barcode when boarding the bus and the appropriate single-ride fare is deducted from their in-app wallet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Single-ride fares for the Deuce, serving the Strip and downtown Las Vegas, deduct $4 from the in-app wallet balance. Single rides for residential routes deduct $2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are excited to make it even more convenient for residents and visitors to travel throughout our community,\u201d said <strong>RTC CEO M.J.
