All of them are not only experiencing a migration of users from traditional payment methods (cash and smartcards) to the convenience of mobile ticketing, but also are acquiring new customers that are being attracted by the real-time information capabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Above all we are delivering a high level of user experience design and reliability in the apps, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which is fuelling trust in the public transport service provision. We have focused on getting <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the essential elements of the system working seamlessly, and only then adding more cutting edge technologies. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This approach has paid off, with both operator and customer feedback at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exceptionally high levels compared to industry norms. Moreover, we are really pleased to announce that Passenger has been shortlisted for \u201cSupplier of the Year\u201d in two prestigious industry awards: <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.transporttimes.co.uk\/awards.php\/National-Transport-Awards-2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">National Transport Awards<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/mainspring.co.uk\/light-rail-awards\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Global Light Rail Awards<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverpassenger.com\/downloads\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12589 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.masabi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/passenger-apps-ratings.png\" alt=\"Passenger Apps ratings\" width=\"609\" height=\"244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.masabi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/passenger-apps-ratings.png 609w, https:\/\/www.masabi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/passenger-apps-ratings-300x120.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 609px) 100vw, 609px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supported by the Department for Transport, Transport Focus, and the Association for Consultancy &amp; Engineering, the 2017 National Transport Awards will take place at the Westminster Park Plaza, London on 12th of October.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Due to our successful launch for Blackpool Transport, our first <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverpassenger.com\/2017\/04\/19\/blackpool-transport-launch-multi-modal-passenger-apps-and-website\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">multimodal Passenger deployment<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> last April &#8211; which now has more than 11,000 monthly active users &#8211; we have been shortlisted for the Global Light Rail Awards. The awards ceremony will take place at The HAC (London) on 4th of October.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We hope to see you at the ceremonies.
