As operators work closer together than ever before, to make services faster, more reliable and more frequent, we will keep evolving the technology that makes it easier for passengers to plan their journeys and purchase the right ticket to get there.<\/p>\n<p>Our Innovation Programme forms a key part of this, providing opportunities to meet, talk and share experiences and ideas, and we can\u2019t wait to see you at these. In addition, we have strived to address industry imbalances, such as disproportionate gender splits in staffing.
